Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
 Familiarity with finance regulations
 Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
 Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software

 Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

 Updating journals and ledgers, filing financial records and important documentation, as well as identifying and resolving errors in financial records.
 Sending and paying invoices, chasing late payments and reconciling company accounts.
 Processing both accounts payable and receivable transactions
 Managing invoices and tax payments
 Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
 Tracking and reconciling bank statements
 Organizing financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
 Assist with audits and year-end financial reporting
 Performing administrative tasks such as data entry
