1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger updates, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of project expenses, vendor invoices, and customer receipts.
Handle petty cash and record transactions appropriately.
2. Billing & Payments
Support preparation of invoices for customers as per project milestones.
Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors for bill verification and payment processing.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up for pending dues.
3. Project Finance Coordination
Assist in preparing cost statements, project budgets, and expenditure tracking for villa projects.
Work with project engineers and procurement teams to validate and record material/contractor bills.
4. Taxation & Compliance
Assist in GST filing documentation, TDS calculations, and statutory records maintenance.
Ensure all accounting practices comply with relevant standards and local regulations.
5. Reporting
Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, MIS reports, and other summaries as required.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
6 month to 2 years of experience in accounting (preferably in real estate, construction, contracting, or similar sectors).
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar).
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic financial principles.
Good MS Excel skills and familiarity with project costing.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational abilities.
Good communication and team-coordination skills
