Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting, cashbook, and petty cash
Track cash flow; share weekly payables & receivables updates
Coordinate with clients and vendors on payments
Prepare ledgers, P&L, balance sheets, and financial statements
Audit financial records and ensure data confidentiality
Maintain accounting software and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial statements
Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP systems
Good MS Excel and analytical skills
High accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
Hindi preferred
