Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update expense accounts accurately.
Handle accounts payable and receivable follow-ups.
Assist in preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Support routine accounting and administrative work.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding payments and dues.
Assist in day-to-day financial documentation and reporting.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance preferred).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office (Excel/Word).
Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Freshers with willingness to learn are welcome.
