Collaborating with Financial Managers and other team members to execute various accounting tasks.
Maintaining company ledgers and recording daily financial transactions.
Creating financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
Identifying discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source, and correcting them.
Managing payroll activities and ensuring timely salary releases.
Coordinating and handling payment and billing details for external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
Verifying payments and deposits made through the company account and liaising with the bank.
Generating daily reports for management and team members.
