Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Accountant
to support our Head Accountant. The candidate will be responsible for uploading purchase bills, generating invoices, and maintaining stock records.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload purchase bills and keep digital/physical records updated
Generate GST-compliant invoices for clients
Maintain stock records (inward/outward) and ensure accuracy
Reconcile vendor bills with purchase orders
Assist in monthly closing and reporting under guidance of Head Accountant
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in
Tally
and
Zoho Books/Inventory
Knowledge of GST billing and basic accounting principles
Prior experience in stock maintenance & purchase entries preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience
