Job Description

The

CRM cum Assistant Accountant

plays a dual role in managing client relationships and supporting accounting functions. This position ensures smooth communication between clients and internal teams while maintaining accurate financial records, quotations, invoices, and payment tracking.

Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management (CRM):



Handle client communication professionally through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Maintain and update client information and project status in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Digital Marketing, Video, and Accounts) to ensure timely project delivery. Follow up with clients for project approvals, payments, and feedback. Support in preparing and sharing quotations and proposals based on client requirements. Ensure proper documentation of all client-related communications and approvals.

Accounting & Financial Support:



Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and receipts. Record daily transactions and update accounts ledgers. Support in tracking payments, pending dues, and client billing status. Help in reconciling bank statements and maintaining expense records. Coordinate with the accountant for GST filing, vendor payments, and monthly reports. Maintain confidentiality of all financial and client data.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,701.21 - ₹15,000.00 per month
