Completes routine bookkeeping
Assists with financial reports preparation
Performs journal entries for company transactions
Process and record invoices and payments
Assist with bank reconciliations and account analysis
Support payroll preparation and related documentation
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Help prepare financial reports and statements
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries
Collaborate with other departments on financial matters
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
