Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to support daily accounting, billing, and financial operations for our home appliances distributorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales & purchase entries, invoicing, and credit notes
Monitor dealer outstanding, collections, and ageing reports
Handle GST, TDS, and monthly return preparations
Reconcile ledgers, bank statements, and stock reports
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and OEM teams
Assist in financial reporting and audits
Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP
Good command of GST & TDS
Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
Accuracy, ownership, and time-management skills
Salary:
As per experience & industry standards
