9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Flexible Based on USA & European client time zones)

Compensation:

We are now looking for a

Sales Consultant / Assistant Account Executive

who can bridge the gap between client discovery, solutioning, deal closure, and smooth project handover.

Position Overview



This is a

client-facing, revenue-oriented hybrid role

that combines

sales consulting, pre-sales discovery, proposal creation, deal negotiation, and account support

. The role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, documentation expertise, and the ability to work closely with internal delivery and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will own the journey

from first client interaction to deal closure and project kickoff

, while also supporting

upselling, renewals, and revenue targets

.

Core Responsibilities



1. Lead Qualification & Discovery



Conduct

first-level client calls

to: Qualify inbound and outbound leads Understand client intent and business goals Discover the product or project the client wants to build

2. CRM Management



Document all

qualified leads

in the CRM Keep CRM data accurate and updated at all times Track deal stages, follow-ups, and closure probability

3. Proposal & Scope Creation



Create

detailed proposals

aligned with client requirements Prepare comprehensive

scope of work document

Define deliverables, timelines, assumptions, and dependencies

4. Client Communication & Follow-ups



Share proposals and scope documents with clients Schedule and conduct follow-up discussions Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle

5. Final Discussion & Negotiation



Clarify final project details and expectations Negotiate

cost, scope, and timelines

Send final proposal and commercial documents

6. Deal Closure



Close deals and secure client confirmation Ensure all commercial terms are finalised and documented

7. Internal Project Handover



Conduct internal handover sessions with: Project Managers Delivery and technical teams Explain project nuances, assumptions, scope boundaries, and expectations

8. Project Kick-off Coordination



Organise and attend

official project kick-off calls

Introduce the client to the Project Management team Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery

9. Ongoing Client Follow-ups & Account Support



Follow up with clients where proposals have been shared Track and improve deal closure rates via CRM Share

monthly invoices and milestone-based billing

with clients Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely invoicing and collections

10. Account Growth & Upselling



Reconnect with

existing and past clients

to: Identify upselling opportunities Explore change requests and expansion needs Support deal renewals and repeat business

11. Revenue & Target Achievement



Support the Business Development team in achieving: Monthly revenue targets Quarterly growth objectives Contribute to consistent revenue generation for the company

Work closely with: Project Management teams for estimate approvals Technical Leads for technical clarifications Ensure all technical and commercial details are validated before handover

Preferred Candidate Profile



Experience in

IT services, software sales, or pre-sales roles

Comfortable working with

USA and European clients

Flexible with working hours based on client time zones Proactive, curious, and growth-oriented mindset Strong ownership and accountability for deals
