Maintain daily accounting records and update company data.
Enter purchase, sales, and expense data into the system.
Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Maintain records of payments and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements and cash books.
Assist in GST entries, returns, and basic compliance work.
Maintain customer and vendor master data.
Handle filing of documents and record keeping.
Support senior accountant in routine accounting tasks.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Experience in data entry and MS Excel.
Knowledge of Tally / accounting software preferred.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of GST is an advantage.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Qualification:
Minimum
Graduate/Deploma in Commerce preferred
