We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive with 01 y to 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of services and solutions that meet client needs and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day client communications and relationships
Support senior account in project execution and follow-ups
Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, creative, finance, etc.) to deliver client requirements
Track project timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines
Handle minor client requests and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project status
Monitor industry trends and contribute ideas to improve account strategy
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in B.com,or a related field
01 to 02 years of experience in client servicing, sales support, or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Tally must Basic understanding of CRM tools, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
A proactive attitude with attention to detail and organizational skills
