Job Title: Assistant Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Assistant Social Media Manager to support the execution of our social media strategy across platforms. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager to manage content, engage with audiences, analyze performance metrics, and ensure brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.)

Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and captions

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences

Respond to followers, comments, and messages in a timely manner

Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and growth

Assist in influencer collaborations, giveaways, and online events

Ensure brand voice and guidelines are consistently followed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in managing or assisting with social media accounts

Strong understanding of key social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.)

Good communication and copywriting skills

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects

Preferred:

Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram promotions, etc.)

Experience with short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
