Studio GX is a group fitness studio. We offer functional training, interval training, S&C, toning, and cardio in our circuit. We work with a lot of unique and exotic equipment not found in most "gyms" , like battle ropes, suspension trainers, resistance bar trainers, and steppers. We include variations in every workout to keep things fresh & exciting.
