Assistant Professor - Computer Science & Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our faculty team as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, guiding student projects, conducting research, and contributing to departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science & related fields. Develop and update curriculum in line with current industry and academic trends. Mentor and guide students in academic and research activities. Undertake research and publish in reputed journals/conferences. Participate in departmental and institutional committees, events, and outreach programs. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance subject knowledge and teaching skills.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in

B.Tech

or

B.E

in

Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Artificial Intelligence & Data Science

. Master's Degree in

M.Tech

or

M.E

in

Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Artificial Intelligence & Data Science

. Candidates must have an excellent academic record throughout. Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level positions).

Skills & Competencies:

Strong subject knowledge and teaching abilities in core CSE/IT domains. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to use modern teaching tools and e-learning platforms. Research-oriented mindset with innovative thinking.
