The Assistance Coordinator ensures smooth class operations by promptly reaching out to
parents and teachers
whenever there is any issue or assistance needed during or before a session. This role acts as the
first point of contact
for resolving real-time class concerns and ensuring uninterrupted learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Immediately connect with
parents or teachers
if any class-related issue arises.
Monitor ongoing sessions and check if any
teacher or student needs support
.
Coordinate with the
Academic Coordinator
or
Support Team
to resolve issues quickly.
Provide
session links, handle technical or communication issues
, and assist teachers in real time.
Inform parents promptly in case of
rescheduling, teacher unavailability, or delays
.
Maintain a record of all issues handled and prepare an
end-of-day report
.
Ensure all communication with teachers and parents is
professional, clear, and empathetic
.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle live class support efficiently.
Basic understanding of online class platforms (Zoom, Meet, LMS, etc.).
Problem-solving attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Language preference:
Tamil and English (must be fluent in both).
Prior experience in
education support or coordination roles
preferred.
Work Hours:
3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (IST)

Academic Coordinator / Operations Manager

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
