Key Responsibilities:
Customer Order Management:
Receive and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Billing & ERP Operations:
Prepare and manage customer billing using ERP systems; maintain accurate data entry and transaction records.
Cash Management:
Handle daily cash transactions, maintain cash registers, and prepare related financial summaries.
Stock Management:
Monitor stock levels, support inventory checks, and ensure accurate recording of goods received and dispatched.
Loading Supervision:
Oversee loading and unloading of goods to ensure proper handling and correct delivery.
Report Preparation:
Prepare and maintain operational reports in
Excel
for management review and daily tracking.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
Graduates in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with relevant experience who do not possess a degree will also be taken into account.
(Candidates with computer/ERP knowledge will be given preference.)
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of ERP systems (training will be provided)
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and general computer operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
Willingness to relocate and stay in company accommodation
Experience:
0-3 years of experience in billing, cashiering, stock/inventory management, or customer service preferred.
Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
