Experience Required:

8 to 10 years

(Real Estate / Construction industry)

Educational Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Civil / Architecture or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Draughtsman with strong experience in Design,

GFC

, and Concept Design Development.

Planning in compliance with DCPR 2034 guidelines. The ideal candidate should have prior

experience in real estate projects, high-rise buildings, and large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrutiny of the GFC prepared by Consultant for Architecture, Mep and Structural. Assist in concept planning, designing, and execution of layouts in line with DCPR 2034
regulations.

Create presentation drawings for inhouse Concept design presentation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams. Support the design team in developing feasibility studies, conceptual layouts, and execution plans.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of DCPR 2034 guidelines. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

Good understanding of Architectural,Structural and MEP GFC drawings

. Attention to details in design documentation. Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Background:

Experience in Co-ordination and Execution

of real estate projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use). Exposure to high-rise building Execution. Base Knowledge of DCPR 2034 preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
