We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Executive - HR & Admin to handle HR record management, payroll processing, housekeeping supervision, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per company policy.
Manage monthly payroll processing and attendance records.
Oversee housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and order in the workplace.
Coordinate with vendors for facility management and office supplies.
Support recruitment processes, joining formalities, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in general administrative duties to maintain operational efficiency.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills (spoken/written English).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of payroll software and basic HRMS tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
