Hybrid Working

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We\xe2\x80\x99re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:
o Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent
o Fluent in Verbal and written communication
o Ability to Multi task
o Financial services experience relevant to Security Settlement and Asset Servicing
o High level understanding of 3-4 functions in the trade lifecycle listed in the below list.

\xef\x83\x98 Confirmation - Affirmation and allocation, Generation/sending of confirmations, Confirmation matching, Document management, Exception handling
\xef\x83\x98 Clearing - Generation/sending of clearing instructions, Clearing fees
\xef\x83\x98 Collateral & Portfolio Management - Manage collateral agreements, Matching and allocation, Administration, Reporting, Position management, Valuation
\xef\x83\x98 Client Servicing
\xef\x83\x98 Settlement and Delivery - Generation/sending of settlement instructions, Settlement processing, Settlement fail processing and exception management
\xef\x83\x98 Asset Servicing- Corporate actions, Coupon/dividend processing, Tax services, Proxy Voting, Custodian fees
\xef\x83\x98 Reconciliations - Corporate actions, Coupon/dividend processing, Proxy Voting, Custodian fees
\xef\x83\x98 Referential and Static Data - Product master (static), Client/Counterparty, External reference data, Operational data, Corporate action database
\xef\x83\x98 Operations Management - Operations management, Change management, Performance reporting, Risk & Controls management, Network management and billing
o Detailed knowledge of Settlement and Asset Servicing function

Skills that will help you in the role:
o Prior experience in Vendor Management
o Adaptability to work both in an individual contributor role and perform processing activities alongside people management skills
