As an Asset Servicing Team Leader within Wealth Management Operations, you will oversee the end-to-end management of corporate actions, income, and class actions across global markets. You ensure timely and accurate processing, strict adherence to controls, and effective risk mitigation. You will collaborate with clients and counterparties to resolve exceptions and drive process improvements.
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily operations with minimal supervision
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all procedures
Demonstrate compliance with Risk and Control regulations
Identify and deliver process improvement initiatives
Maintain up-to-date documentation
Monitor and resolve queries based on deadlines and urgency
Liaise with clients and counterparties to resolve exceptions
Perform root cause analysis for operational issues
Drive adherence to strict controls and procedures
Train new joiners on process requirements
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Possess 4 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Asset Servicing and Securities Market
Exhibit proficiency in SWIFT Messages and Financial Markets
Utilize high proficiency in Microsoft Office
Apply strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Organize and prioritize work to meet stringent deadlines
