Job Summary
As a Securities Services Operations - Asset Analyst in the Asset Servicing Announcement Capture Utility team, you will announce and process corporate action events for global markets. You will ensure all announcements are delivered within 24 hours and escalate issues to operational and risk leads. You will collaborate with internal teams and client service partners to resolve exceptions and drive process improvements.
Job Responsibilities

• Process and validate income and mandatory corporate actions.
• Own issues related to the Announcement Capture Utility and escalate promptly to operational and risk leads.
• Deliver fund services trades operations BAU for the assigned location.
• Collaborate with internal teams to process transactions and resolve exceptions efficiently.
• Respond to and resolve client inquiries within required timeframes.
• Perform root cause analysis to increase STP and reduce client inquiries.
• Partner with client service teams to help change client behavior and eliminate manual processes.
• Understand risk management and manage exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolution.
• Partner with technology strategy teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all day-to-day queries are addressed within SLAs and escalate issues as needed.
• Enhance controls and drive change through analytical problem solving.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Hold a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years in the financial services industry.
• Apply extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and Outlook Express.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive change and enhance controls.
• Possess robust financial markets product knowledge and understanding of the transaction lifecycle in corporate actions.
• Display subject matter expertise in equities, fixed income, FX, collateral, and derivatives.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve inquiries and issues.

• Leverage experience in announcement capture or corporate actions processing.
• Build relationships across teams to facilitate operational improvements.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
• Utilize advanced Excel and data analysis skills for process optimization.
