The Asset & Real Estate Investment Manager will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, acquiring, leasing, and managing income-generating assets such as construction equipment, ad hoardings, commercial land, and other physical assets. The role focuses on practical execution, monthly rental oversight, and deal closure, primarily in and around Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Sourcing & Transactions
- Identify opportunities to purchase, sell, or enter JV / revenue-share arrangements for construction equipment, ad hoardings, and land
- Coordinate site visits, feasibility checks, and price comparisons
- Negotiate purchase, sale, lease, and JV terms with management
Leasing & Monthly Rental Handling
- Handle monthly rental operations and ensure agreements are in place - Track monthly rental collections and follow up for payments
- Maintain a simple monthly rental tracking sheet
- Flag delays or defaults promptly
Asset Operations & Coordination
- Ensure assets are deployed and revenue generating - Coordinate with operators and vendors
- Support maintenance and renewal activities
Land & Documentation Support
- Assist with land purchase and sale processes
- Coordinate with brokers, lawyers, and local offices
- Maintain organized records of agreements and documents
Incentive Structure - Deal Closure Bonus
- 0.5% - 1% of deal value
- Applicable only for completed and documented asset or land transactions
Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years experience in real estate, asset leasing, or construction-related roles - Strong familiarity with the Hyderabad market
- Field-oriented, disciplined, and execution-focused
Compensation
Monthly Salary: ?20,000 - ?25,000 Incentives: As per deal closure bonus
