Asset Management - Commercial Operations - Material Handling - Mumbai
Location - Mumbai, India

Responsibilities

• Conduct fair market valuations in coordination with surveyors and finance.
• Carry out asset verification under the SALB (Sale and Lease Back) program.
• Execute legal contracts including MRAs, repurchase agreements, and contract amendments.
• Manage the selling and procurement of assets including price listing, order creation, and MIS maintenance.
• Handle commercial transactions like PR, PO issuance, payment processing, and delivery tracking.
• Reconcile monthly stock statements and vendor payables.
• Ensure timely insurance of assets and manage claims and proceeds.
• Uphold system discipline via asset data uploads, dashboard creation, and compliance monitoring.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Essential); MBA preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience for graduates, 2 years for postgraduates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with a strong ability to adopt new systems.
• Strong communication, time management, and process understanding.
• Willingness to travel; team-building skills are a plus.
