Each new client is assigned to a Client Service team which consists of a Client Advisor, Marketer, Client Account Manager, Portfolio Manager and Investment Specialist.

As a Insights Marketing Professional in our Regional Insights Marketing Team, you will deliver the firm\'s intellectual capital covering thought leadership and macro across a variety of offline and online communications channels. With your knowledge of industry & client needs along with exceptional marketing skills, you will steer client engagement and business impact through ongoing improvement in delivery quality enabled by digital and data.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the production of regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and ad-hoc Insights content in multiple languages, ensuring accuracy and timely completion while identifying opportunities for enhancement and efficiencies
• Work closely with Strategist and Investment teams to deliver end-to-end web conferences from planning to post event reporting
• Stay ahead of the curve, striving for quality outreach of the best-in-class insights content in the industry. Pilot new ideas to create positive impact for innovative marketing
• Partner with Analytics team to compile meaningful data for analysis and reporting to facilitate insights marketing strategic planning
• Conduct market and industry research through peers data review and stay informed of peers\' activities and competitor positioning and market trends
• Contribute to insights strategic marketing priorities to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness through leverage, process streamlining, optimization and/or innovations
• Optimize insights content impact across offline and online channels including digital and social. Be part of the advocacy in a collaborative culture and establish a high-performing team to aim high for the biggest impact and results

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
economics or equivalent preferred with demonstrated experience in the financial services / asset management industry * Passionate about insights content impact for continuous improvement
, with solid understanding of financial, economic and investment concepts, asset management industry, products and customer behavior. Demonstrated ability to synthesize various viewpoints and translate those views into thoughtful marketing and educational pieces * Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment

• Solid experience in data-driven approach to content engagement
• Highly flexible; comfortable working with ambiguity; ability to multi-task, and to enjoy working in a demanding, fast paced environment; ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple, competing priorities and projects with quality output at one time
• High level of independence and positive energy; responsible and accountable; respect for diversity of opinions and styles; flexible in approach

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Editorial skills a plus
• Prior project and events management experience is a significant plus
• Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel and general online multimedia platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and other languages a plus
