As an Asset Management - Client Onboarding - Associate within our team, you will oversee the management of existing client and internal fund accounts, ensuring seamless lifecycle events and maintaining strong client relationships. You will have the opportunity to enhance the overall client and fund experience by proactively managing account and fund changes, addressing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee lifecycle events for client accounts and internal funds, including updates, mergers, and closures.
Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships.
Lead coordination with teams to ensure smooth execution of lifecycle events.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with lifecycle events.
Continuously improve processes related to lifecycle management.
Prepare reports on lifecycle activities and analyze data for improvement opportunities.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Build positive relationships with client/product development teams.
Collaborate with team members for comprehensive business support.
Manage multiple requests efficiently to ensure timely responses.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Demonstrate financial product knowledge, including equities and derivatives.
Manage projects concurrently from inception to completion.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management.
Utilize MS Office and web-based technology effectively.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or a related field.
Demonstrate experience in account or fund management.
Understand financial products and fund operations.
Communicate excellently with strong time management skills.
Work independently while collaborating within a team.
Solve problems effectively with attention to detail.
Identify and implement process improvements using digital tools.
