We provide an integrated approach to client servicing in order to meet the client\'s full range of investment and servicing needs. Each new client is assigned to a Client Service team which consists of a Client Advisor, Client Account Manager, Portfolio Manager and Investment Specialist. As a Client Account Onboarding & Data Analyst professional, you will be responsible for providing a dedicated and professional account information & documentation function for the business. You will work closely with the Product Delivery functions. You will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of new business opportunities and on-going maintenance of new accounts for both Institutional Clients and Funds and mandatory requirements through regulatory change. Job Responsibilities


  • Regular status reporting of account set-up and m anaging timelines around all Account Information Group processes
  • Management of the Account Information Group mailbox
  • Accurate maintenance and communication of investment guidelines
  • Ensure team functional processes and procedures are kept up to date
  • Undertake, manage and deliver team improvement initiatives
  • Ownership and execution of relevant Regulatory reporting
  • Management of vanilla initiatives (i.e. Closures, Hedge Share Class launches)

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Post Graduate, MBA with 3 years of experience in Financial Services industry or Graduate with 5-6 years of experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate within a team environment
  • Self motivated and able to use own initiative
  • Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
