Role Overview

The Asset In-Charge is responsible for the daily execution of audits & Reconciliation of the Assets in the field and tracking of the assets. His role includes the implementation of Asset safety features & processes to reduce Asset Vandalism/ Asset Mismatch/ Theft and recovery of the right assets of Fyn Mobility. A Candidate must be a Chennai local and Knowledge in electrical vehicles about service is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily movement of Assets between Fyn Hubs or Customer locations. Conduct frequent audits at Client locations in all our vehicles and reconcile the Fyn Mobility Assets. Coordinate with the Operations teams to validate asset deployment and recovery status. Supervision of Team in reducing the Asset issues which are arising from the field. Investigation of the Asset loss. Deployment/ Recovery of the assets with proper DATA management. Ensure accurate asset tagging, tracking, and documentation in the asset management system. Arranging vehicles/ assets for branding purposes. Managing Legal issues pertaining to the Company Assets with the Police/ RTO Renewal of Fitness Certificate for all the assets whenever necessary. Support asset recovery operations in case of misplaced or lost assets. Conduct physical verification of assets in warehouses, ASC locations, and field sites

Key Skills & Competencies

RCA of Asset Loss/ Recovery. Asset Accountability & Tracking Field Audit & Verification Risk & Loss Prevention Experience on data management ,warranty claims & Inventory Management. Defective parts verification and dispatch and ensuring the return shipment of defective parts. Strong team leadership, coordination, and training skills. Proficiency in documentation, Assets reporting, and compliance management. Familiarity with Vehicle PDI, warranty and insurance processes in the automotive/EV sector. 2w & 3w Driving skill is mandatory, 4w driving skill will be an additional benefit.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in asset management, audit, or operations (EV or fleet industry preferred). Working knowledge of Electric Vehicles (EVs) and service-related operations will be an added advantage. Comfortable using Google Sheets, and field service reporting tools. Experience in managing regional fleets, Asset teams, and vendors. Knowledge of EV systems, preventive maintenance, and diagnostics tools. Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
