Maintain complete asset register for all club house equipment (gym equipment, swimming pool systems, HVAC, electrical panels, AV systems, lights, fire systems, etc.).
Conduct daily inspection of all assets and identify defects, hazards, or breakdowns.
Tagging, updating, and tracking movement of all assets.
Coordinate for repairs (internal/external) and ensure timely closure.
