aAEURA Populating the CMDB


aAEURA Ensuring the pre-defined activities are aligned with the Change Management process


aAEURA Ensuring the CMS provides accurate and up to date information.


aAEURA Ensuring regular snapshots and Configuration Baselines are taken and protected


aAEURA Triggering an auditing process on the CMDB


aAEURA Implementing a Communications plan upon changes in the CMDB, using the RACI model.


aAEURA Ensuring backups are taken as appropriate


aAEURA Considering the usage of a Definitive Media Library as appropriate.


aAEURA Making recommendations for Service Improvement Plans


aAEURA Ensuring the Service Asset and Configuration process is performed as designed.


aAEURA Developing a Service Asset and Configuration Management process m


aAEURA Ensuring the Service Asset and Configuration Management process is fit for purpose.


aAEURA Ensuring process description meets objectives


aAEURA Sponsorship, design, and continual improvement of the process and its metrics.

aAEURA IT hardware and Software setup, management and troubleshooting capabilities


aAEURA Configuration Management experience on document control, source code management, and Defect Management tools


aAEURA Should be able to create a CMDB repository


aAEURA Should have understanding of the software development lifecycle


aAEURA Experience of working in a multi-site environment


aAEURA Extensive experience with SCM tools and with build automation software
