Assess performance, competence, quality, or value using defined criteria and guidelines
Collect, review, and verify evidence (documents, observations, interviews, tests)
Ensure assessments are fair, consistent, accurate, and compliant with policies and regulations
Provide clear feedback, reports, and recommendations based on assessment outcomes
Maintain accurate records and assessment documentation
