Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Assessment Planning



Maintain standardized assessment checklist and data for schools. Schedule assessment visits in coordination with the School Identification Person and school authorities.

2. On-Ground Assessment



Conduct thorough school assessments covering:

Infrastructure

- classrooms, WASH facilities, libraries, playgrounds, labs.

Teaching & Learning

- student-teacher ratio, pedagogy, learning environment.

Digital/Stem/Other Facilities

- computer labs, STEM labs, vocational readiness. Capture geo-tagged photographs and detailed observations. Administer baseline surveys for students/teachers if required.
3.

Virtual Assessment



Conduct thorough school assessments covering:

Infrastructure

- classrooms, WASH facilities, libraries, playgrounds, labs.

Teaching & Learning

- student-teacher ratio, pedagogy, learning environment.

Digital/Stem/Other Facilities

- computer labs, STEM labs, vocational readiness. Collect Images and google location and capture detailed observations. Administer baseline surveys for students/teachers if required.

4. Data Management



Ensure folders are created for Partner Budgets, Images and Presentation Ensure assessment details, data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reports.

5. Coordination & Support



Work closely with the School Identification to avoid duplication and ensure complete coverage. Liaise with internal teams (Infrastructure, STEM, CBE) for validation visits or deeper assessments.

6. Skills & Competencies



Strong analytical and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, basic data analysis, and reporting. Ability to conduct structured surveys. Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and basic English. Willingness to travel extensively within the project area.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Civil engineer Education, Social Sciences, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in field assessments, surveys, or monitoring & evaluation (M&E). Experience in education sector assessments preferred. Freshers with strong field orientation and analytical skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
