Job Summary:



The

Assessment Executive

plays a key role in evaluating and tracking students' performance during their

Internship, Industrial Training, and On-the-Job Training (OJT)

. This position ensures that each student's practical development is effectively monitored, recorded, and aligned with institutional and career objectives. The role involves performance data analysis, report generation, communication with students and parents, and coordination with internal departments to ensure quality training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:1. In-Training Performance Monitoring & Data Collection



Actively monitor the daily performance and progress of students during Internship, Industrial Training, and OJT periods. Collect and record daily activity data through official workbooks and Google Forms to ensure consistency and accuracy.

2. Performance Analysis and Reporting



Compile and analyze data to prepare detailed

monthly performance reports

for each student. Generate specialized reports as required, including: Profit contribution analysis Complaint handling reports (by type and brand) "Not OK" status reports Incorporate supervisor feedback on behavior, attitude, grooming, and professionalism into performance summaries.

3. Student Development and Review



Conduct

monthly performance review meetings

(online or offline) with students to discuss strengths, weaknesses, and improvement plans. Arrange regular

one-on-one meetings with parents

to share performance updates and progress.

4. Coordination and Placement Support



Assess practical exposure at service centers and recommend reshuffling if students are not gaining adequate experience. Coordinate closely with the

Assessment Coordinator

and

Placement Team

to ensure continuous student development and appropriate placement opportunities.

5. Formal Examination and Administrative Duties



Support the conduct and evaluation of

theory, practical, and viva examinations

as directed by the Assessment Coordinator. Carry out additional administrative duties as assigned by the Assessment Coordinator or higher authorities.

6. General Professional Responsibilities



Collaborate with colleagues and participate actively in departmental meetings and team initiatives. Maintain confidentiality of all student, parent, and institutional data. Follow institutional policies, ethical standards, and quality guidelines. Engage in professional development to enhance knowledge and skills related to the role.

Required Skills and Attributes:



Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Good command of MS Office (especially Excel, Google Forms, and documentation tools) Attention to detail and organizational accuracy Ability to coordinate effectively between departments Professionalism, integrity, and a student-centered mindset
