Skills & Competencies:

Technical Knowledge :

Understanding of electric vehicle components, wiring, and mechanical parts.

Assembly & Fitting Skills :

Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly guides.

Problem-Solving :

Quick identification and troubleshooting of assembly-related issues.

Attention to Detail :

Ensuring precision and accuracy in component fitting.

Teamwork & Communication :

Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automotive Engineering.

Experience:

0-3 years in EV assembly, automotive, or manufacturing industry (Freshers welcome).
