Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, power packs, hoses, and fittings as per drawings and work instructions. Interpret engineering drawings, hydraulic schematics, and assembly manuals. Perform functional checks, pressure testing, and leak testing of assembled systems. Identify and rectify assembly defects and deviations. Maintain assembly records, checklists, and documentation. Coordinate with QA, production, and design teams for issue resolution. Ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs during assembly activities. Support continuous improvement in assembly methods to improve productivity and quality.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Basic understanding of

hydraulic systems, circuits, and components

. Ability to read mechanical drawings and hydraulic schematics. Familiarity with hand tools, torque tools, and basic testing equipment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work on the shop floor.
