Job Summary

:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our modular furniture manufacturing team. The role involves assembling modular furniture components, ensuring quality standards, and supporting smooth production workflow.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assemble modular furniture components such as cabinets, wardrobes, kitchen units, and office furniture as per drawings and instructions.

Read and interpret technical drawings, assembly manuals, and BOMs.

Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery required for assembly work.

Inspect components for defects and ensure quality control at every stage.

Coordinate with the production, cutting, and edge-banding teams to ensure seamless workflow.

Conduct fitting, alignment, and finishing tasks to meet design specifications.

Report any material shortages, damages, or process issues to the supervisor.

Qualification

& Experience:

ITI in Assembly/Relevant Trade preferred.

1-2 years of experience in modular furniture manufacturing (preferred).

Skills & Requirements

:

Proven experience in modular furniture assembly (preferred).

Basic knowledge of carpentry, tools, and hardware used in furniture manufacturing.

Ability to read measurements, technical drawings, and cutting lists.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Good physical stamina and capacity to handle materials/assemblies.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
