About the role

Your Impact as Assembly Technician Electrical

• ROLE DESCRIPTION

A. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. EPLAN Draw Reading

2.Basic Knowhow of PLC/VFDs/Servo Drives/Sensors/Encoders/etc

3. Electrical Products know how- Relays/Contactors/Switches, Cable, Wires gauges, etc

4. Must be able to handle various Electrical assembly tools in safe manner.

5. Safety working awareness

6. Pneumatic Parts assembly and testing of Machines

7. Follow up with CFT for Material/Problems resolutions

8. Experience in Panel Wiring/Machine Wiring independently

Accountability:

1. Complete Machine wiring

2. Final Inspection Testing of Machine

3. Daily Reporting the Progress /Bottlenecks

B. SHE & Security:

1. Comply with the relevant regulations of the company and department to ensure the safety of itself, equipment, and information.

2. Learn and share related experience.

3 related area 5S management

C. Electrical Assembly:

1. Assembly & Wiring as per Production Plan.

2. To be active in giving feedback, Debugging problems encountered, and to track the handling of the problems.

3. Put forward rational proposals to further optimize / improve the assembly methods.

D. Customer service:

1. To provide customers with assembly/wiring support.

E. Control the quality of the electrical installation of the supplier and BENI Assembly:

1. For the supplier to provide feedback of Control Panel assembly problems and to ensure the quality of the installation.

2. Check the quality of electrical installation, timely feedback, and deal with the corresponding problems at Supplier end and at BENI Workshop end.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

1. ITI or above.

2. Electrical automation related professional.

3. 8+ years\' experience in electrical related work.
