Assembly Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive Assembly Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations on the assembly line. The role involves overseeing workers, maintaining workflow efficiency, ensuring quality control, and enforcing safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise assembly line staff and allocate tasks Monitor production output and resolve issues promptly Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards Train new workers and conduct performance checks

Requirements:

2-4 years of supervisory experience in assembly or manufacturing Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
