Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to lead our cabinet assembly team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing assembly operations, ensuring quality, and driving productivity.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of assemblers, technicians, and operators

- Plan and execute assembly operations as per production schedules and client specifications

- Ensure quality control and implement quality assurance processes

- Manage workflow, materials, and equipment

- Coordinate with production planning, quality control, and engineering teams

- Develop and implement process improvements

Requirements

:

- 10+ years of experience as an Assembly Supervisor in cabinet manufacturing (cabinets and sheet metal cabinets)

- Proven expertise in assembly processes, quality control, and team management

- Strong knowledge of cabinet manufacturing processes and industry standards

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

:

- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
