:

• Assemble Turbine/main Valve components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform mechanical checking , clarence checking on turbine/main valve to ensure proper functionality.
• Install bearings, seals, and other components necessary for the turbine's operation.
• Ensure the correct alignment , Clearance of turbine/main valve parts during assembly.
• Document assembly and testing procedures, including identifying and reporting any issues encountered during assembly.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff to resolve & reduce assembly time .
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Inspect and verify the quality of turbine/main valve components before and after assembly.
• Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably with turbines/main valve or large-scale machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and specialized turbine/main valve assembly equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
• Willingness to travel for on-site turbine installations and maintenance as required.
