Our design philosophy is to create products that make travel experience better, enabling smoother transit & better organization on a trip. Our core distribution & marketing channels are digital with specific emphasis on direct-to-consumer (own website).Responsibilities -- Opening/Handling the relationships with all top retail chains including business planning, accounts onboarding etc in bags and luggage category.- Negotiation and execution of TAT with retail chains. - Managing category growth strategy and ensuring channel and category profitability.- Handling sales to Modern trade retail accounts.- Handling Trade Activation for MT Accounts for Merchandising Activities like new launches, Visibility, and Promotions conducted at the account level.- Manage a complex business with a few SKUs, in POS across the geography. He should also, be aware of potential setbacks to the plan and develop contingency to overcome them- Cross-functional working with marketing team, and Supply chain team.- Responsible for competition mapping, ensuring the identified opportunity\'s success, and escalating issues as needed.- Somebody who\'s from a fashion and accessories background and have experience in modern trade channel sales will be preferred.
