Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly & Quality Technician to join our

manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with

mechanical tools and testing equipment, as well as basic computer proficiency. This role

involves assembly work, product testing, OS installation, barcode printing, and using our

internal manufacturing application to ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

? Perform product assembly using machines such as:

? Bench drill

? Electric screwdriver

? Adaptor testing machine

? Cutting and grinding tools

? Carry out quality checks on assembled units to ensure compliance with standards.

? Install operating systems and perform basic software setup as required.

? Print and apply barcodes to products and components.

? Use the company's manufacturing application for:

? Recording production data

? Tracking work orders

? Updating quality check results

? Follow safety procedures, manufacturing guidelines, and standard operating

practices.

? Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

? Experience in assembly or manufacturing operations (preferred).

? Ability to safely operate common workshop machines and power tools.

? Basic computer literacy, including:

? Using Windows OS

? Installing operating systems

? Printing barcodes

? Ability to learn and use in-house manufacturing software.

? Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

? Good communication and teamwork skills.

? Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.

Additional Preferred Skills

? Basic electronics knowledge.

? Basic computer knowledge.

? Experience with quality control processes.

? Troubleshooting skills for assembly or testing issues.

Pay: From ?14,951.00 per month
