Minimum exp for Nature of Work

1. Knowledge of relevant industry products and process. 2. Minimum 4 Yrs. Of experience with same/relevant product of part inspection. 3. Understanding of drawing for part inspection. 4. Understanding/knowledge of different quality tools for inspection. 5. Knowledge of customer requirements (specification and inspection methodology). 6. Streamlining of defects occurred during inspection with the help of CFT 7. Special process riveting, Bonding, Torquing, Painting, Clinching, Welding knowledge. 8. Microsoft skills (Word, Power point and Excel). 9. Coordinate with Customer for inspection. 10. Customer and Internal nonconformance management. - RCA/OPL & Q-Alert. 11. Alignment with production team for improvement in regular production. Mail Communication (Internal & External). 12. Knowledge of ERP entry

Job Profile / Responsibility

1.Accountable for daily inspection of parts. 2.Knowledge of different QC tools & Templates for parts inspection. 3.Preparing new product check sheet. 4.Preparing inspection reports for inspected parts and share to customer. 5.Daily/Weekly meeting with CFT for issue resolution. 6.Understand CR/ECN request with design team. 7.Inform Engg. for DRW issues/errors against fitment/inspection. 8.Record CR/ECN status for future reference. 9.Identifying production team fitment issues/improvements and share to Engg. 10.Quick response quality control for internal and external complaints. 11.Performing rework activities as and when required at customer end. 12.Team management and motivation. 13.Regular audit to cross check the production process with reference to SOP. * 14.Dispatch clearance of Internal PDI gates
