Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

Assembly Production Engineer

to oversee and optimize the assembly processes of tractor attachments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

fabrication, sheet metal, or mechanical assembly

, ensuring efficient, high-quality production while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and coordinate the

assembly production processes

for tractor attachments. Develop and implement

efficient assembly methods

, workflow improvements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor production metrics, troubleshoot assembly issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with

quality standards, safety regulations, and production targets.

Collaborate with design, fabrication, and quality teams to

resolve engineering challenges

in assembly. Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials for

cost-effective production.

Train and guide assembly operators, providing technical support and process guidance. Participate in

continuous improvement initiatives

to enhance productivity and product quality.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

fabrication, sheet metal, and mechanical assembly processes.

Hands-on experience with

tools, machinery, and assembly equipment.

Familiarity with

reading technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.

Problem-solving skills for process optimization and troubleshooting. Good communication and team management skills. Understanding of

lean manufacturing principles

and safety standards.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.

Diploma with 10 years of proven experience in Assembly production

Experience:

3-10 years

of experience in assembly production, preferably in

fabrication, sheet metal, or manufacturing industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
