Job Location: Chennai

Working Arrangement: Work from Office

Title: Assembly Process Engineer

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Candidate must have work experience in Virtual Build validation, Time study, Torque Audit, Build Book creation

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Min 1 years in below technical skillset Implement process/tool/equipment modifications to support Engineering Changes and Process Change requests
at Engine / Battery / chargers / Motors / Locomotives Assembly

Create/update manufacturing process documents - PFD, PFMEA, Safety FMEA, Control Plan, Standard Work and
Standard Operating Procedures

Configure and update Standard Work and Torque tools in the Manufacturing Execution Support system
(PINpoint/CAPP+/MESA)

Create/update process routing in SAP (CBS) Conduct Engine/Loco Assembly/ Dis Assembly process audit. Work with cross functional team to resolve audit
findings within stipulated time

Conduct Ergonomic Study for Engine Assembly process, identify gaps and implement suitable solution to eliminate
ergonomic risks

Support continuous improvement drive by implementing improvement suggestions received from cross functional
team

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

SKILL REQUIRED TO SUCCEED IN THIS JOB

Good in Assembly process Must have work experience in Virtual Build validation, Time study, Torque Audit, Build Book creation., Team enter.

Pay: ₹23,757.42 - ₹32,313.27 per month
