Job Description

The Harness Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling electrical wire harnesses as per drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and production norms.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble wire harnesses according to approved drawings, schematics, and work instructions Perform cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and taping of wires as required Insert terminals, connectors, and components accurately Conduct visual inspection and basic continuity checks to ensure quality Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S practices) Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards Report defects, shortages, or process issues to the supervisor Handle tools and equipment responsibly and ensure proper usage
