Assist in the assembly and production of components/products as per instructions.
Operate basic machinery, tools, and equipment under supervision.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Conduct basic quality checks on finished products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Learn and develop skills required for independent machine/line operation.
Report issues or defects to supervisors immediately.
Support continuous improvement and team production goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: ITI / Diploma Any equivalent qualification.
Basic knowledge of mechanical
Ability to work in a team environment.
Physically fit to work in a manufacturing setup.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the company.
