Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly of bearing components as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Operate manual and semi-automatic machines used in bearing assembly. Inspect components visually and with gauges to ensure quality standards. Handle tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments safely and correctly. Maintain cleanliness and 5S practices at the workstation. Follow safety guidelines and report any equipment or quality issues immediately. Meet daily/weekly production targets with accuracy and efficiency. Support in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, Lean practices).

Skills & Competencies Required:

Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly work. Ability to read and follow work instructions. Attention to detail and quality-conscious. Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina. Ability to work in a team and follow supervisor's instructions.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or ITI (Fitter/Turner/Mechanic preferred). 0-2 years of experience in assembly line work (preferably in bearings / auto components / precision manufacturing). Freshers with ITI/technical background can also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
