- for Panel Assembly

Assemble and wire control panels, junction boxes, and electrical enclosures according to engineering drawings and wiring diagrams. Mount electrical components such as MCCBs, relays, contactors, PLCs, VFDs, meters, and terminal blocks. Ensure neat and accurate wiring layout with proper labeling, ferruling, and cable management. Crimp, terminate, and route cables as per standards. Perform pre-commissioning checks, continuity testing, insulation resistance, and functional testing of panels. Identify wiring errors, loose connections, or component faults and take corrective action. Maintain adherence to company quality control standards and documentation. Interpret and understand single-line diagrams (SLD), GA drawings, and schematic wiring diagrams. Coordinate with design, production, and QC teams for smooth execution. Maintain daily production reports, testing records, and material usage logs. Follow all safety protocols and use PPE during assembly and testing activities. Ensure work area cleanliness and proper tool management.
