Job Description

1.

Manage 5S for Department:

Implement and maintain 5S principles in the assembly and packaging department to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

2.

Production Planning and Dispatch:

Meet production planning and dispatch targets as per planning and customer requirements.

3.

Dispatch Management:

Responsible for dispatching finished goods to customers.

4.

Assembly Line Management:

Manage the assembly line through a team of workers, ensuring efficient production and quality standards.

5.

Packaging Management

: Manage a team of packaging workers, ensuring efficient packaging and dispatch of finished goods.

6.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory data, perform regular entries in ERP, and ensure inventory levels are aligned with ERP data.

7.

ERP Knowledge:

Proficient in using ERP software to manage inventory, production planning, and dispatch.

8.

Microsoft Excel Knowledge:

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel to analyse data, create reports, and perform other tasks.

9.

Rework and Rejection Data:

Analyse and maintain data on rework and rejection rates in the assembly department.

10.

Monthly Stock Reconciliation:

Perform monthly departmental stock reconciliation and present stock reports to the management team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
